Processing Time

Orders are processed in the order they are received.

Unless otherwise stated, orders are typically processed within 10-15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During new collection launches, limited releases, promotional events, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Shipping availability may vary depending on local laws, carrier restrictions, or service availability. We reserve the right to decline shipments to locations where delivery is unavailable or prohibited.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on:

  • Package size and weight

  • Carrier rates
